Introduction
These terms govern the relationship between Panorama Vacations ("we," "us," "our") and the Member/Customer ("you," "your"). By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Membership Enrollment & Usage
- Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who meet our eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to accept or reject any membership application.
- Validity: The membership is valid for the tenure specified in your membership agreement (e.g., 10, 20, or 30 years) from the start date.
- Transferability: Memberships may be transferable or giftable to family/friends subject to our specific transfer policy and applicable transfer fees.
- Non-Commercial Use: The membership is intended for personal and recreational use only. Renting out holiday weeks for commercial profit is strictly prohibited unless authorized by us.
Bookings and Reservations
- Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 45 to 60 days in advance for regular seasons and up to 6 months in advance for peak seasons.
- Booking Process: Requests must be made through our official website, customer care email, or helpline. A booking is considered confirmed only upon issuance of a Confirmation Voucher.
- Blackout Dates: Certain high-demand periods (Christmas, New Year, Major Holidays) may be subject to blackout dates or premium surcharges.
Fees, Payments, and Taxes
- Membership Fee: The initial membership fee is non-refundable once the cooling-off period (if applicable) has expired.
- Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC): Members are required to pay an Annual Maintenance Charge to maintain their membership benefits. This fee is subject to periodic revision based on inflation and operational costs
- Taxes: All government taxes, levies, and surcharges (GST, tourism tax, etc.) are extra and must be paid by the member at the time of booking or check-in.
Limitation of Liability
- Third-Party Services: Panorama Vacations acts as an aggregator for certain travel services (flights, visa assistance, partner hotels). We are not liable for deficiencies in service provided by third-party vendors (airlines, transport operators, etc.).
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, or government restrictions.
